JCW is hiring for a Director-level Attorney to join the growing Legal function of an innovative life sciences company in Central NJ. From reviewing and negotiating agreements, to legal review of promotional and scientific materials, to advising on compliance issues - you'll be supporting the licent's Commercial and Market Access functions.

What We're Looking For :

• JD or LL.M. qualified with proven in house or law firm legal experience - provided it's a focus on life sciences.
• Deep understanding of commercial and medical-legal-review processes
• Skilled in negotiating contracts and advising on healthcare laws and regulations
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, and business-savvy
