Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Copilot API team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions across multiple services

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Own the health and quality of systems, participating in on-call rotations and live incident management

Required Qualifications

9+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline

Experience delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, or Java

Associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience

Experience with large-scale system architecture, particularly in cloud-based environments

Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive projects and deliver high-quality products
