Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Madison, WI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, providing exceptional client service, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additional daily tasks include preparing market analysis, marketing properties, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities
  • In-depth community and market knowledge
  • Marketing skills, including digital marketing and property marketing
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high-quality professional network
  • Proficient with both current real estate technologies and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
  • Real estate license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
