Support Engineering Data Specialist 3

Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Support Engineering Data Specialist (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Ridley Park, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

o Read and interpret engineering drawings.

o Minimum 5 years Air craft maintenance or air craft avionics experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develops, analyzes, collects, and stores various system support technical data elements and specification to evaluate and make recommendations.

o Provides recommendations on product supportability and establishes operation maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for multiple equipment subsystems. Identifies and analyzes logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report.

o Determines spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for multiple customers under a single contract type. Prepares and maintains technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems / components.

o Reviews and evaluates aircraft and / or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability for a single airline customer, aircraft type and system specialty.

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Accredited education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

WORK HOURS

FULL TIME / FIRST SHIFT; 7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM
