Job Description

EBAD seeks a capable individual for the position of Test Engineer, reporting to the Test Engineering Lead.

TheTest Engineerleads the effort for environmental and functional testing of EBAD products, test lab capabilities / growth and technical problem solving.

Responsibilities include :

• Requirements evaluation, translating requirement into test program scope, and test program scheduling.
• Equipment / Instrumentation selection, verification and validation.
• Data Analysis, data report creation.
• Test method(s) development and Prove-out and training of technical staff.
• Continuous Improvement; testing methods, Test processes, Documentation Stewardship
• Troubleshooting as needed.
• Fixture / Tool Design, procurement, through verification and validation
• Perform and lead Test Readiness Reviews

Compensation :

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
