At Premier Sarasota Homes, we connect people to their dream homes across Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Lakewood Ranch. We’re seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to engage warm real estate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments that drive our business forward.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22 - $28 / hr base + up to $100 per appointment met + quarterly $1,000 bonus opportunities. Our part-time ISAs make $3,000+ monthly.
• Part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible weekday and weekend shifts (4-6 hour blocks, morning or evening).
• Option to swap shifts and adjust schedule weekly

Technology & Lead Quality

Work with industry-leading tools - Great Agent CRM , Click-to-Call system , Video Emails, and Sales Performance Dashboards - to engage high-quality, pre-screened inbound leads.
