• Pediatrician / Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Doc / FNP
• If FP / FNP must have significant PEDs experience
• 2 years experience plus
• Full-time, 40 hours a Week (Potentially Part-Time)
• Hours : Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8 : 30-5 : 30, Telehealth on Saturday 9a-1p
• 18-25 Patients a Day, ages 0-18
• Support Staff : 1 : 1 MA
• Sick and Well Visits and Basic Procedures
• EMR is Epic
• Qualified candidates must be BC
• Credentialing : Active Massachusetts license, DEA, Medicare & Medicaid

6 months of coverage (No less than 4 months)
