We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Director of Training to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!

As the Director of Training, you will embody our core values to create, coordinate, and implement innovative learning programs that empower our staff to reach new heights of excellence. You'll be the driving force behind our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every team member contributes to our success.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging, cutting-edge training modules and programs.
• Continuously assess training needs through rigorous analysis and feedback channels.
• Conduct training audits and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Proactively research and collaborate with external training resources to infuse fresh perspectives and expertise into our programs.
• Communicate our training strategies with enthusiasm, and consistently advise management on training matters.
• Conduct engaging new hire orientations that inspire new team members from day one.
• Educate new team members on our training tools, equipping them with strategies for continuous improvement.
• Champion the Roots of Service program throughout the properties, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
