As a Security Officer - Residential Community Patrol in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you help to deter potential security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols. Work collaboratively with residential staff, residents, and visitors to address questions and concerns related to security-related matters. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts in compliance with Allied Universal procedures. Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote resident peace of mind. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
