Call Ratio : 1 / 6-7 Average Number of Patients Per Day : 12-21 Documentation System / EMR : Epic Trauma Level / Designation : None APP will be Working Autonomously Supervising Physician Present During Assignment : In the office the physicians are present all day. During the weekend rounding, the Physician is available by phone or in ICU Procedures : None in office. Patient Age Demographic : Adult and Geriatric
