Join Care Initiatives as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. We are currently hiring CNAs to support our CCDI (Chronic Confusion or Dementing Illness) / Memory Care unit, providing specialized care to residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Candidates with dementia care training or experience in memory support units are highly encouraged to apply.
