Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to mortgage lending.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate timely loan approvals.
