Job Opportunity

The ideal asset protection security ambassador helps prevent loss of inventory through interactions and training with other coworkers, maintaining a visible presence throughout the store and interacting with customers in a professional and pleasant demeanor. A day in the life includes :

• Greeting and engaging customers in a timely, professional and personable manner and responding to customer's needs
• Maintaining visible presence by wearing a Nordstrom provided security officer style uniform
• Performing monitoring and surveillance activities
• Assessing and assisting in emergency situations
• Reducing and controlling loss of inventory through audits, training, and education
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $23.60 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
