Senior Hr Generalist
As an entry-level strategic HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Generalist is the go-to resource for employee relations, leading investigations and resolving workplace concerns, while also supporting core HR transactions and daily operations. This role will collaborate with leaders and HR leadership to begin to shape people strategies that drive business performance, foster a culture of innovation, and enable organizational agility. This role will leverage data-driven insights and advanced HR expertise to influence decision making and leadership effectiveness. This role goes beyond transactional HR support it's about shaping a workplace where people thrive, and managers lead with confidence.
Employee Relations & Culture Stewardship
- Serve as a primary point of contact for complex, multi-state (AZ, CA, CO, TX) employee relations, leading investigations, resolving workplace concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- Respond to HR policy and procedural questions and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, shaping a culture of trust, inclusion, and high-performance.
- Maintain detailed records of employee relations cases, trends, and resolutions to inform strategic interventions and policy updates.
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to proactively anticipate and address emerging organizational challenges, workplace concerns, and employee relations issues leveraging coaching and early conflict resolution to minimize risk and maximize engagement.
Coaching & Manager Development
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to leaders at various levels, building leadership capability and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Partner with HR leadership in the development and delivery of practical tools that empower managers to lead change, drive results, promote accountability, and cultivate high performing teams.Guide and support leaders in managing sensitive information and navigating high-stakes or difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion modeling those behaviors to foster trust and collaboration.Partner cross functionally to ensure people strategies are fully integrated with business goals, ensuring managers are empowered to lead effectively.Compliance & Policy Leadership
Drive and champion compliance and ethical leadership by proactively interpreting and operationalizing employment laws and best practices.Advise leadership on risk mitigation, navigating corrective actions, disciplinary procedures, and terminations with empathy, consistency, and legal accuracy, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.Serve as a reliable resource for HR policy and procedure inquiries, ensuring information is communicated with accuracy and openness to support a transparent workplace culture.Strategic HR Operations
Partner with HR leadership to leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive engagement and retention.Proactively monitor and adapt to evolving HR trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to proactively enhance the employee experience.Supports the Human Resources team by managing a variety of special projects and initiatives that advance organizational goals and HR excellence.What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in human resources, business administration, or related field.Certification in Human Resources is preferred.Experience
At least five (5) plus years of Human Resources Generalist experience.Minimum three (3) years of experience in employee relations and conducting HR investigations.Familiarity with employment laws in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas is preferred.Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and be agile.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.Why Super Star Car Wash

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training, and certifications, and other factors permitted by law.
