Position : Maintenance Technician

Location : Sky Park - Sacramento, CA 95823

Hours :  Full Time

Schedule :  Monday – Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Compensation : $23.88 - $24.88 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Technician completes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. As a part of the site team, this position is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
