Located in the heart of East Harlem, our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is committed to delivering high-quality, bilingual healthcare to all community members, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

As the Medical Director , you will be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing a state-of-the-art facility that offers a full of services for all ages, including :

• Adult Medicine
• Dental and Oral Surgery
• Behavioral Health
• Care Management
• Cardiology

• Podiatry
• Nutrition

• Phlebotomy
