If you are required to provide in-home services you will be appropriately trained At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification Teammates are required to have reliable transportation to the clinic Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, unless the teammate is on prescheduled PTO Passion for working with children and making a difference BLS for Healthcare Providers / CPR certification Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

- Hourly pay : $20-$24.50 / hour (based on experience)
Admin Rate : 75% of billable rate starting Jan. 1st

Physical Requirements :
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
