Job descriptionProspect for new leads to promote new business Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Follow-up with leads to increase sales Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Proactively generate and nurture client relationships consistently prospect, follow up, and maintain a pipeline of buyers and sellers through outreach, networking, and leveraging team-provided leads and opportunities. Deliver exceptional client service and guidance educate clients on the buying and selling process, advocate for their best interests, and ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction experience from start to finish. Collaborate with team members and leadership participate in team meetings, training, and coaching; share insights and support fellow agents to achieve collective goals. Stay accountable and committed to growth meet or exceed individual and team performance expectations, track activities diligently, and continuously improve skills through the teams education and mentorship resources. Actively engage in community building and outreach represent the team at local events, support neighborhood initiatives, and build authentic connections that strengthen both your personal and team presence in the community. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Self-motivation and drive Top-notch time management skills and highly organized A successful and proven sales history is preferred Technology driven A minimum of 5 closed transactions in the last 12 months. Must have a valid CA Real Estate License.
