Seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Attorney to co-Chair the corporate department. Great opportunity for someone who wants to bring over their book of business and get more support to grow their business and work in a collaborative environment with great resources and colleagues. Best if book is ~ $500K.
If you have a decent portable business and experience or strong interest in the hospitality space, this may be a great fit! Ideally, 10-15+ years of experience with corporate / transactional matters.
