Job descriptionA genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted, approachable role model. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and ability to work long / irregular shifts when required. Physical ability to meet restaurant demands : standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures. Must be 18 years old. High School Diploma (preferred) Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred). 1 year of supervisory experience in a quick-serve or fast-food restaurant or other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Valid driver's license. (required)

What You'll Do
As a General Manager, you'll drive your restaurant's success while building a team that's motivated, supported, and empowered to do their best work. You'll be trusted to :
