Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly..
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
- Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Handle customer renewals.
Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.Must have ability to multi-task.Professional phone etiquette.Great Customer Service Skills.Problem-Solving Capabilities.Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Driven and goal-oriented individual.Be capable of handling customer rejection.No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
