Alpha Omega is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives for SAMHSA. The Delivery Manager will guide Agile teams, manage priorities, and ensure alignment with federal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
• Serving as point of contact for delivery progress, risks, and impediments.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews).
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define goals and priorities.
• Overseeing schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Tracking KPIs, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensuring delivery meets federal IT standards, accessibility, and security requirements.

Salary and benefit information : The likely salary range for this position is $xxx- $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position.
