About the Role :

The ASC Administrator provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the surgical centers performance ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services that exceed patient, physician, and partner expectations.

This role requires a hands-on, business-minded healthcare professional with strong clinical or surgical leadership experience and a proven track record in ASC or hospital surgical operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day ASC operations , ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and performance standards.

Serve as a liaison between the Medical Staff, Governing Board, and facility departments , fostering collaboration and accountability.

Lead financial and business operations including budgeting, purchasing, staffing, and vendor management.

Ensure regulatory compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting body requirements.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance , promoting professional development and retention.

Partner with physicians and medical leadership to evaluate and expand surgical programs and new service lines.

Oversee quality improvement, infection control, and risk management initiatives to ensure clinical excellence.

Drive strategic growth and community relations , enhancing the ASCs reputation and market presence.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 35 years in ASC or hospital surgical leadership.

Demonstrated success in clinical operations, physician relations, and financial management.

Knowledge of ASC regulations, CMS standards, and accreditation requirements.

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Current RN license or clinical background preferred.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Hawaii.
