Location : Olympia, WA Reason for need : Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search (could be considered for Locums to Perm) Start Date : July 18 End Date : December 30 Coverage : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Beeper) Must be Board Certified, active license, DEA, clean Malpractice and NPDB Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Support staff : 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 4 Office Staff No supervision of APPs or teaching EMR : Epic Requires hospital / surgery center privileges 15 Patients Per Shift Skills Required : General Urology, Adult Skills Preferred : Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder u / s & w / biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, Extracorporreal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
