Center Hours

Mon : 10 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Tues–Thurs : 6 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Fri : 6 AM – 7 PM

Sat : 7 AM – 5 PM

Sun : 8 AM – 3 PM

Your Role as an LPN

• Welcome each patient with kindness and a friendly, supportive presence ??
• Accurately capture and record vital signs
• Review intake documents for accuracy and completeness
• Offer clear, compassionate aftercare guidance
• Deliver attentive, personalized care that helps patients feel valued, understood, and at ease
