Position Details : Specialty : Primary Care Compensation Rate : Not specified PT / FT : Full-Time (FT) Schedule : Monday to Friday, with flexible daytime schedule. Day call on days covering, every weekend day call (7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm), telephone only. Providing primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities. Medical Directorship at both facilities. Requirements : Board Certification : Yes Experience : Minimum of 1 year primary care experience required. Post-acute care experience is a plus. Accepts New Grads : No Accepts Visa Candidates : No Additional Information : Patient Load : 15-20 patients per day. On-Call Duties : Telephone call only, every weekend day. Skilled Nursing Facility Rounding : Provide primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities. Medical Directorship : Serve as Medical Director at both Skilled Nursing facilities.
