The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Acting as one central leadership point of contact for Solventum Revenue Cycle product implementation projects, both internally and externally. Coordinating internal resources, client and third party / vendors (as needed).
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the projects' scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Rev. Cycle Project Managers are assertive leaders of a team of implementation, integration, and training professionals that are experts at deploying Solventum solutions to our customers globally.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
• Actively participate in relevant corporate programs / initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
