An independent, community, nonprofit medical center seeks an OB / GYN in Sylacauga, AL! 45 minutes southeast of Birmingham!

About the Area :

Sylacauga is a small city with a rich history, particularly in the marble industry and space exploration, and it has a strong sense of local community. With 14,000 current residents, this town is located 45 minutes from Birmingham, AL which boasts a population of 200,000 residents. Sylacauga hosts various community events throughout the year, including arts and culture festivals, music concerts, and local celebrations. The city also has a number of parks, recreational areas, and cultural institutions, like the Sylacauga Arts Council, which supports the local arts scene. The city is served by the Sylacauga City School District which is an excellent public school system, including elementary, middle, and high schools. The city is situated in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and is near several outdoor recreation areas, including Lake Martin and Cheaha State Park.
