About the Role
The Director of Operations will wear many hats—leading a small team, managing accounts, overseeing operational processes, and driving sales. The ideal candidate is not only experienced but also adaptable and growth oriented. Location: In-office, 5 days a week (Downtown Birmingham, MI)
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible for personal obligations)

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
Equity & Options: Available for the right candidate
