We are looking for a Health & Safety Lead Expert

The life of a Health & Safety Lead Expert @LEROY MERLIN :

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• Advising on specific health and safety issues, such as fire regulations, hazardous substances, and occupational diseases
• Provide health and safety training to staff
• Prepare reports for senior management
• Liaising with external health and safety authorities and unions
• Promote and maintain a culture which places the safety of staff and customers first and aims to deliver a high standard of professionalism within the Property and Assets service.
• Keep up to date with changes in health and safety legislation.
