As a Data Science Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience developing cutting-edge algorithms for security and customs automation. You will work on data collection, processing, and analysis of large volumes of inspection data, contributing directly to projects that accelerate secure trade and travel.
Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing :
- Contribute to the collection of data from optical imaging systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support model training and inference.
Collaboration & Deployment :
Collaborate with science and engineering teams to deploy AI models in production environments.Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies to ensure long-term accuracy and reliability.Innovation & Research :

REQUIREMENTS :
Recent graduate or active student in a Master's Degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Experience developing machine learning models for image analysis and deploying models in production.Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.Experience in Python and SQL; familiarity with object-oriented programming and version control (e.g., Git).Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.BENEFITS & CULTURE :
