A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure engagement and support throughout their academic journey
Communicate effectively with assigned students to keep them informed and engaged, responding promptly to inquiries
Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and develop solutions to improve retention and the overall student experience
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Engaging phone presence and excellent email communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking
Ability to quickly learn and use various technologies, including Blackboard and Microsoft Office
