RPA Solutions Lead

RPA Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across the bank. This role will work closely with operations, data, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate existing workflows, and deliver high-impact solutions using tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools to streamline manual processes
• Partner with business and operations teams to identify, assess and prioritize automation opportunities
• Establish and maintain automation development standards including version control, documentation and testing
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure data is sourced from source systems and the processes are scalable
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots ensuring performance, reliability and business continuity
• Identify and explore new data sources and communicate business use cases to appropriate teams
• Leverage current and new system functionality and apply these capabilities to improve current business processes (systems such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and Power BI)
• Collaborate with others in a team setting, either directly or indirectly
• Work across many different enterprise systems / processes while maintaining company confidential information standards
