• Strongly Prefer 3 yrs experienceNO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT- of Beds : 14- Ratios : 1 : 03- Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Peds-Geriatrics. Total joints, sports medicine, arthroscopies, cysto, Davinci XI for General / GYN / Urology, ION robotic cases, Open hearts, too many to list all- Is there a manager / Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? : Charge nurse- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) : 8 and 12 hour shifts / / 0530-1800 or 1000-1830 if working in PACU also follow PACU sheet- Weekend Requirements : No weekends unless working in PACU- Holiday / Call Requirements : No holidays unless working in PACU- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation? : 3 days- Additional Notes : Staff need to be able to multi task, be proficient, and work in a very fast paced areaRadius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
