Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, boots-on-the-ground position that plays a vital role in supporting community behavioral health initiatives. The PMHNP will collaborate closely with first responders and case managers to engage with local residents, providing psychiatric assessment, intervention, and follow-up care where it is needed most.

Schedule

• On-site field work : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Additional duties, documentation, and follow-up : Tuesday and Thursday in other roles within the organization.
