Benefits :

Starting wage : $24.46-$25.97. Credit given for experience.

Applicant must be dependable, work well with geriatric population and their families, problem solve, have leadership qualities, and cooperate and communicate with others. .

Job Duties :

Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Provide appropriate nursing services and education to clients.

Observe, record, and reports to the appropriate person any symptoms, reactions and changes in a client’s condition.

Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care.

Participate in report at shift change.

Maintain complicacy with the Minnesota Department of Health regulations.

Attends and participates in staff in-services and meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate concepts in simple format.

Flexibility to meet a variety of changing priorities

Computer literate.

Must have an LPN license.

CPR and first aid certified..

Physical setting :

Long term care.
