About The Position

Job Title : RN - Cath Lab

Shift : Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM)

Experience : 1 year required; 2 years preferred

License : RN

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have : Sedation experience; ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor

Description :

RN position available in the Cath Lab.

Facility features 885 licensed beds and a Level 1 Trauma Designation.

It is an academic medical facility.

Department includes 5 ORs averaging 20-25 patients per day.

Patient types include cardiac caths, Impella, Watchman, TAVR, ECMO, and pediatric patients.

Required skills include medication administration.

Support within the department includes an Assistant Clinical Manager and a team of physicians.

Utilizes technology such as EPIC EMR and Siemens x-ray systems.

Schedule includes being on call one day per week from 4 : 30 PM to 7 : 30 AM and every 5th weekend.

Call back is expected within 30 minutes.

Holiday work may be required on call.
