Overview

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational support for UKG systems within Human Resources. Responsibilities include needs assessments, implementing functional specifications, reporting, analysis, system testing, and guiding less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis : Source, compile, interpret, and communicate data insights effectively.
• System Support : Provide daily technical support, respond to inquiries, improve user experience, and assist in system modifications.
• Identifying Requirements : Determine system needs and document through specifications, reports, and project plans.
• Reporting : Generate reports, identify patterns, discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
