Position Overview :

Title : Primary Care Physician

Location : The Villages, FL

Employment Type : Full-time

Start Date : ASAP

Setting : Outpatient clinic

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM, No weekends or nights

Patient Volume : 1215 patients per day

EMR : eClinicalWorks

Compensation : Up to $300,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Bonuses : Earn up to $100,000+ annually in performance-based incentives

Care Model : Value-based care focused on prevention and long-term outcomes

Workload : Designed for quality over quantity more time with each patient
