Job Description

Job Title : Quality Control (QC) Specialist

Location : Grand Junction, CO 81505
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deburr, buff, and inspect parts before and after sandblasting

Report any defects found during inspection

Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment

Set up parts for the vibratory tumbler

Perform final QC inspections and assist with product assembly

Read and follow work orders, customer orders, and shipping instructions

Assemble and pack customer orders, verifying accuracy

Receive, organize, and track incoming parts and materials

Create and manage purchase orders for outsourced parts

Load and unload trucks (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Use company systems to manage and track tasks

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Complete high-quality work efficiently and on time

Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory

Sort and process returned parts as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High level of attention to detail

Legible handwriting

Strong organizational skills

Reliable and punctual attendance

Physical Demands

Ability to squat and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, stoop, and bend regularly

Comfortable walking and standing on cement floors for extended periods
