Productivity Requirement : 90%

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans

Deliver speech, language, and swallowing therapy services

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Collaborate with other rehab and healthcare professionals to ensure patient progress

Requirements :

Active California SLP license

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting is a plus

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
