Job Description

This job is responsible for executing Learning & Development strategy, programs, processes, accountabilities, and / or policies to deliver customer-centered products in an efficient and cost-effective manner that align to business unit and enterprise strategies.

We're excited to expand our team with Learning & Development Claims Trainers based in Dallas, TX! As a Trainer, you'll facilitate engaging and effective sessions for Auto Claims classes typically ranging from 13 to 24 adjusters. This is an in-office role with travel required based on business needs. The ideal candidate may need to work 10 days on / 4 days off schedule as needed. Non-traditional work hours may be required to support our offshore partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes as subject matter expert for learning offerings; Recommends improvements to ensure offerings are customer centric; Serves as lead, or is part of, an agile team for large projects.
• Measures learning effectiveness and shares recommendations to help improve learner understanding; Provides support for learners as needed.
• Designs, evaluates and maintains complex learning offerings to ensure alignment with business or enterprise need in as part of an agile team.
• Provides instruction and follow-up coaching for facilitated learning offerings.
• Develops, designs and delivers learning offerings that are aligned to business and enterprise strategy; Ensures talent management practices are understood and supported consistently within learning offerings; Drive adoption of skills-based culture to empower and develop meaningful business-relevant skills through design and delivery of learning.

Functional Skills :

Instructor-Led and Self-Paced Training : Experienced in delivering both instructor-led and self-paced training sessions ensuring knowledge retention and engagement.

Assessments and Feedback : Strong skills in utilizing assessments and feedback mechanisms to track and identify learning gaps.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience in Auto, Property, or CAT estimating. The candidate's background and skillset will help determine the appropriate job profile for the offer, which may range from Consultant I to Consultant II or Senior Consultant.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is

Learning & Development Consultant I : $50,000 -$74,120.

Learning & Development Consultant II : $50,700 -$78,570.

Learning & Development Senior Consultant I : $57,500 - $88,280

Learning & Development Senior Consultant II : $61,000 - $93,570

Annually and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
