Licensed Practical Nurse

Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist in maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of individuals by monitoring health status and providing appropriate treatments to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities to enable their highest quality of life in terms of their physical, emotional, and mental health while adhering to Oak Hill's policies and procedures. The LPN at Oak Hill's Hartford Classroom works 40 hours / week, Monday - Friday 8 am-4pm and assists in maintaining the health and well-being of students by monitoring health issues and implementing policies, procedures and programs designed to promote health and the educational process. Additionally, the LPN assists in the educational and social development of students under the direction of the Certified Special Education Teacher.

Minimum Requirements :

• Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate
• At least age 18
• Valid driver's license
