Career Consulting Partners is excited to collaborate with a dynamic mid-sized law firm headquartered in Northern California with offices throughout Northern and Southern California. We specialize in estate planning trust administration tax planning business law and elder law matters. Our team is dedicated to providing clients with ethical knowledgeable and compassionate legal services.

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning trust administration and related tax matters. This role requires excellent analytical organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Advise clients on estate planning matters including wills trusts powers of attorney and advanced healthcare directives.
• Draft and review estate planning documents to ensure compliance with current laws and client objectives.
• Assist clients in minimizing tax liabilities through effective tax planning strategies.
• Collaborate with financial advisors accountants and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings as needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.
