Key Responsibilities
Administer benefits programs and manage vendor relationships
Implement and optimize HR systems, including evaluating new HRIS
Review and recommend revisions for HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
4+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in benefits administration
Experience with HRIS evaluation and implementation
Active HR certification or willingness to obtain within two years
Experience with HRIS software; UKG Ready experience preferred
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
