The Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in a growing community with a passion to reach our cities with the gospel. This desire has created the need for a Project Manager to continue to improve our processes and executions of projects as a staff and church.

Role Summary

The Creative Project Manager will manage the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, organization, and clear communication to ensure that projects are completed on time and with excellent quality. Having the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage many projects at once, and make informed decisions will be crucial in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong and growing personal commitment to Jesus Christ
• Ability to see and articulate the leadership behaviors of The Bridge
• Ability to juggle several projects, of varying degree, at any given time
• Meticulous attention to detail, nothing gets past you
• Ability to work well with others and promote a strong team atmosphere
• High organizational drive and a natural bias towards execution

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Schedule : Monday to Thursday Hours : 15 (including some events & meetings as needed etc)

Staff Level : Manager; Reports to Creative Arts & Projects Director
