The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on food safety, pest control, and EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) compliance trends across the Family Dollar enterprise. This role plays a key part in spotting hot spots, identifying risks, and surfacing opportunities to improve food safety, store conditions, and overall compliance performance.

Your work will directly influence compliance field visits and travel priorities for the management team, ensuring resources are directed where they are most needed. You will also partner cross-functionally to create and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Specific Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To :

• Analyze food safety, pest management, and EH&S compliance data to identify trends, risk areas, and recurring issues.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on key compliance and safety metrics, with clear recommendations for corrective action.
• Create visual dashboards and reporting tools that highlight compliance hot spots and prioritize locations for manager travel and store visits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Compliance, and EH&S, to ensure timely follow-up on identified issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring compliance exceptions, escalating insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide optics and analytics for special projects tied to food safety, pest control, and EH&S initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards in all reporting and analysis.
• Support the development of long-term strategies for reducing compliance risks across the store fleet.
