- 7-on / 7-off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
- Closed ICU; procedures optional
- Reasonable admissions of 4 - 5 (on average)
- $300k base salary; $30k in performance
- PTO offered; CME with a $4.5k stipend
- Final-year residents are welcome to apply; H-1B visas accepted
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; malpractice coverage with tail provided
