Insulation Installer

Location : Willard, Ohio

Starting Pay : $20.25 / hr (Top techs earn $28.00+ / hr after training)

Job Type : Full-Time, Year-Round

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install various insulation types and sealing products for both residential and commercial clients
  • Working at heights, in tight spaces, and on ladders or scaffolding
  • Following safety guidelines and company protocols
  • Traveling to job sites and assisting with loading / unloading materials in a provided company vehicle

What We're Looking For

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Construction or general labor experience is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically active conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (we're a drug-free, federally compliant workplace)
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must
