Commercial Property Accountant - Orlando

Compensation : Up to $65K DOE

Hybrid after 90 days - remote Mondays only (no flexibility)

Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Commercial Property Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in office space real estate (more seasoned candidates welcome if they check all the boxes!). If you know your way around full-cycle accounting , CAM reconciliations , and ideally Yardi , we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Handle daily accounting transactions : cash receipts, payables, billings, lease entries, bank recs.
• Own month-end close and financial reporting for assigned properties.
• Prepare budgets, CAM estimates / reconciliations, lender draw requests, and sales tax filings.
• Support audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with property managers and tenants to resolve billing and lease questions.

What We're Looking For :

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
